2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose of the website

This website provides information about the Cube Orange+ autopilot and related products, lets you request a parts compatibility check, and lets you request an offer for larger quantities. It is intended for civilian, educational, research and commercial use.

Information on this website is provided for general guidance. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but specifications, availability, prices and images may change without notice. Product images may differ slightly from the delivered product.

4. Purchases in the OneDrone store

No sales contract is concluded on this website. Purchases are made in the OneDrone online store (onedrone.com) and are governed exclusively by the terms and conditions published there, including prices, payment, delivery, warranty and your right of withdrawal. Prices shown on this website are for information only. The price shown in the store at the time of your order applies.

5. Bulk offers and inquiries

Requests sent through the bulk order form or any other inquiry form are not orders and do not create any obligation for you or for us. A contract for a bulk order is only concluded when we confirm an individual written offer and you accept it. Each offer states its own price, quantity, delivery time and validity. We may decline any request without giving a reason.

6. Parts compatibility check

The parts compatibility check is a free courtesy service. Our reply is based only on the information you send us and on publicly available specifications from manufacturers. It is a non-binding recommendation, not a guarantee that a combination of parts will work in your specific build. You remain responsible for checking wiring, power, firmware settings and configuration before flight. Manufacturers may change their parts without notice.

7. Your information

When you send us a form, you confirm that the details you provide are true and that you are allowed to share them. If you send a request on behalf of a company or institution, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Safe and lawful use

Flight controllers and unmanned aircraft must be built, configured and operated with care. You are solely responsible for:

  • complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including EU drone rules (Regulation (EU) 2019/947), national aviation rules, registration and pilot requirements, airspace restrictions, privacy laws and export control rules;
  • building, testing and maintaining your vehicle safely and following the manufacturer's documentation and the ArduPilot or PX4 documentation;
  • having any insurance required for your operations.

You may not use information from this website or products bought through it for any unlawful purpose, to endanger people, property or other aircraft, or to infringe the rights of others. We may refuse to provide offers or support where we believe a product may be used in breach of these terms or applicable law.

9. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to:

  • send false, misleading or automated requests, or spam through our forms;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or databases, or disrupt how they work;
  • use bots, scrapers or similar tools to copy content from the website in bulk;
  • upload or send malicious code or unlawful content.

We may block access or delete requests that break these rules.

10. Intellectual property

The text, images, animations, graphics and design of this website belong to OneDrone or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. Any other copying, editing, distribution or commercial use needs our prior written permission. CubePilot, Cube Orange+, ArduPilot, PX4 and other names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the products.

11. Third-party links and software

This website links to websites and resources of others, such as the OneDrone store, CubePilot, ArduPilot and PX4. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Firmware such as ArduPilot and PX4 is open-source software provided by its own projects under their own licences.

12. Availability of the website

We provide the website "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors or viruses. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneDrone is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or damage to aircraft, equipment or property arising from the use of this website, reliance on its information, or the parts compatibility check. This does not limit our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection law. Liability for products bought in the OneDrone store is governed by the store's terms and the law.

14. Indemnity

If you are a business customer, you agree to compensate OneDrone for claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of products or information from this website.

15. Consumers

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence. Complaints can be sent to info@onedrone.si. We aim to reply within 8 working days.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to your use of the website at that time.

17. Severability

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. The invalid part will be replaced with a valid rule that comes as close as possible to its original purpose.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts in Ljubljana have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory law and courts of your country of residence.
