This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies this website uses and how you control them. It follows the EU ePrivacy rules, the GDPR and the Slovenian Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2).

2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage and tracking pixels, work in a similar way. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
3. Your consent
On your first visit we ask for your choice before the site can be used. Necessary cookies are always active because the site cannot work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you agree. Until then, Google runs in Consent Mode with all advertising and analytics storage denied, and Meta does not set cookies.
If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, analytics and marketing start switched off.
4. Necessary cookies
These make the site and its forms work and protect them from abuse. Legal basis: they are strictly necessary for the service you request (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive) and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Analytics cookies
We do not currently use separate analytics cookies. If we add them, they will only run with your consent and will be listed here.
6. Marketing cookies
These help us see which ads bring visitors and requests, so we can spend our advertising budget better. They are only set with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Meta and Google may combine this data with other data they hold about you, under their own privacy policies.

When you have accepted marketing cookies and send a form, a hashed (SHA-256) version of your email, name and country is shared with Meta and Google to match the request to an ad. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Third-party content
Our review widget is provided by Apollo Digital and loads from its server. Links to the OneDrone store, CubePilot, ArduPilot and PX4 take you to other websites, which use their own cookies under their own policies.
8. Transfers outside the EU
Meta and Google may process data in the United States. They rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. How to change your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Use the round cookie button in the bottom-left corner of every page, or . Withdrawing consent does not affect use before you withdrew it.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the site, such as the forms, may not work.

10. Your rights
You have all the rights described in our Privacy Policy, including access, deletion and objection. You can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, www.ip-rs.si).

We update this policy when the cookies we use change. If the change needs new consent, we ask you again.
